Water Fitness Classes
Restrictions: Children will NOT be allowed in the Pool during Fitness Classes. Childsitting will be available at the Tot Spot. Fees/Punch Passes.

Water shoes recommended for all pool fitness classes.

H2O Blast: This energy packed class is a great way to get into shape. By using the water's resistance your muscles will develop tone and strength while getting your heart pumping. Dates/Day: April 7-May 14; M, W

Aqua Tone: This early morning class is suitable for all fitness levels. Water workouts will focus on cardio, toning and resistance training for total health and fitness. Date/Day: April 7-May 16

Poolates: This exercise program combines the principles of the Pilates method with the benefits of aquatic exercise. The result is a strength building, posture enhancing, flexibility boosting workout that is safe and effective for most everyone. Date/Day: April 8-May 15

Silver Splash: This class is especially for seniors. The water will assist you with gentle exercise, toning, balance and range of motion. Bring a friend and double the fun! Date/Day: April 7-May 14
