Pool
Features
Four lap lanes, lazy river, water slide, zero depth
entry, whirlpool, water toys, 12' deep end, diving board,
individual and family locker rooms. A chair lift is
available upon request for persons needing help in and
out of the pool.
Pool
Guidelines
- Please
take full head and body showers before entering the
pool.
- -
Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult,
age 16 years or older, within an arm's length -
in the water.
- Children age 6 and 7 must be accompanied in
the natatorium (pool area) by an adult, age 16 or
older.
- Children must be at least 8 years old to be in the
natatorium without adult supervision.
- Diaper-wearing
children must wear swim diapers while in the pool.
If you do not have one, please see the front desk.
- Proper
swim attire must be worn in the pool at all times.
- All
life jackets must be coast guard certified. (Jacket
will have a tag reading "coast guard certified.")
- If
you cannot swim, even if you are wearing a life jacket,
you will not be allowed in the deep end of the pool
unless accompanied by an adult.
- Personal
water wings and other inflatable flotation
devices are NOT allowed into the pool. Noodles
are allowed.
- NO
running or walk-running.
- Diving
from the edge is only allowed at the deep end of the
lap pool.
- Lifeguards
may stop any activity they feel is inappropriate.
- Lockers
and locks are available at no charge for day use.
No overnight locks.
- The
Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Bringing items of value to the center is discouraged.
FREE locks are availabe at the front desk.
- Cameras,
cell phones and laptops are prohibited in the locker
rooms and natatorium (pool area).
Whirlpool
Guidelines
- The
whirlpool is a therapeutic whirlpool.
- Patrons
must be 13 years old or older to enter the whirlpool.
Children may NOT sit on the side.
- Please
shower before entering.
- Consult
a physician before entering if you have a serious
illness, problems with circulation, or are pregnant.
- Sitting
in the whirlpool for longer than 10 minutes may cause
dizziness, nausea or fainting. Please sit out as needed.
- A
maximum of 10 guests may use the whirlpool at one
time.
Diving
Board Guidelines
- One
person on the board at a time.
- Make
sure area is clear before jumping or diving.
- One
bounce only - jump/dive directly off the end of the
board - facing forward.
- No
toys or tubes allowed when jumping or diving.
- No
running on the board.
Water
Slide Guidelines
- Only
one person on the slide at a time.
- Slider
MUST RIDE FEET FIRST.
- You
must be at least 48 inches tall to ride on the slide.
An adult MAY NOT take a child shorter than
48" down the slide. (See rule #1).
- One
person on the stairs at a time.
- Must
keep hands, feet, arms and legs inside at all times.
- Move
quickly to the side after splash down.
- No
tubes or life jackets on the slide.
- For
safety reasons, pregnant women and people with heart
or back conditions should not ride the slide.
