Beginning Tai Chi: Tai Chi, a traditional ancient Chinese martial art, is also used for the promotion of health and well-being. The slow graceful movements teach the practitioner to relax the body as well as the mind. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Instructor: Charlotte Location: MP Room

Back to Basics: Have you taken the summer off? Or are you in a workout routine rut? Then it's time to get back to the basics! This class will utilize a variety of our most popular equipment including aerobic steps, BOSU trainers, fit balls, body bars, resistance bands, weighted balls and dumb bells in combination with our "tried & true" cardiovascular and strength training techniques to condition your whole body.
