Fitness Class Descriptions

Pilates: Strengthening the core body muscles increases overall balance, and flexibility. This class will teach specific exercises and movements to help make your core body strong. A great workout for beginners and intermediates. View Schedule

Have-A-Ball: Participants in this mid-day low impact exercise class will use a ball during walking, toning and muscle building movements. There will be no floor work. Participants are encouraged to wear their work clothes and walking shoes. View Schedule

Cardio-blast: Participants will use jump ropes, hand weights, body bars, elastic bands and more to achieve total fitness in this cardio interval and strength training class. All fitness levels are welcome. View Schedule

Boot Camp: This high intensity program uses a team approach to achieve mental and physical fitness. Timed interval sessions will be used to increase agility, endurance, speed, and strength. View Schedule

Yoga Stretch: You will move your whole body through a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. View Schedule

Yoga: A challenging workout that uses rapid movements through Hatha Yoga exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles, joints, and spine. This is an intermediate class. View Schedule
