Flexibility, Conditioning & Body Elements
Our dance and tumbling instructors have teamed up to provide a fun class for ages 9-18. Stay active to maintain your dance, tumbling, cheerleading, or general fitness levels this summer. Participants will engage in isolated stretches to develop balance and improve flexibility. Exercises to increase full body strength will also be incorporated.
