Grab your mat and join yoga instructors Katie & Antina on the Courthouse Lawn.  All yoga levels are welcome.

Leave No Trace Hike
This fun family adventure hike is an opportunity to explore our local trails while being guided by Bureau of Land Management staff and learning about Leave No Trace.  Leave No Trace principles and practices are the outdoor recreation standard for extending courtesy and hospitality to other visitors and to the natural world.  These practices of reducing impact, coupled with good judgement and awareness, will allow you and your family to apply the principles on your own hikes.  This will be an easy two mile loop on the Pinyon Trail of Phillip & Dorcas Jensen Memorial Park.

Meeker Adventure Dash
Meeker Adventure Dash is a combination of adventure race, scavenger hunt, and a whole lotta fun!  The rules and first clue will be disclosed at 3:00pm at the Downtown Plaza.  Find clues at checkpoints around town (within walking distance of Downtown) where you search for items to scavenge, solve brain teasers, complete a physical component, or decode clues before heading to the next spot.  Be the first individual or team to find and solve all the clues then cross the finish line for a prize.  There will be a two hour time limit.

Who: All Ages | Divisions for Individuals, Teams (2-3 people), Groups (4-6 people), & Families (up to 6 people)

Mountain Bike Clinics
Come join Blair Seymour, the Development Program Director & Cycling Program Director for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, as she shares her passion for teaching and educating all ages in the sport of mountain biking.  She is an outdoor enthusiast who has been teaching in Steamboat since 1992.  During this time, she helped start the Steamboat High School Mountain Bike Team.  The clinics' main topics include bike safety, braking, how to ride on different surfaces, and ultimately the pure joy of the sport.  Participants must have a hand brake bike with at least 3 gears and a helmet.  Full finger gloves, knee and elbow pads, sunglasses, sunscreen, and water are highly recommended.  Sign up today, space is limited.
