Summer Fitness Classes

GENERAL RULES:  
• Must be at least 13 years old to participate in fitness classes.
• Drop-ins are welcome when space allows for $4.50/person 
   or $2.00/senior.

Summer Offerings

Dance Sculpt:  Get fit with light dance moves set to music!  This workout will tone you up by incorporating core and light cardio.  Perfect for that lunch-time get away.

Pilates:  This mid-day class will stretch and strengthen muscles from head to toe while working on balance, strength, and flexibility.
